The Challenges:
HR Generalist Functions:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and policy adherence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant regulations.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Claims & Benefits Administration
- Administer and oversee the processing of overtime claims for healthcare professionals and support staff.
- Ensure accurate calculations, documentation, and timely disbursement of OT payments.
- Address queries related to OT claims from employees and provide necessary support.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other welfare initiatives.
- Assist employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits, addressing concerns or discrepancies.
What It Takes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist functions within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
