Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Technology or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience in QA/QC.
- Good understanding of ISO and Food Safety
- Has mentorship/leadership experience
Job Scopes:
- Responsible for daily operations of the online QC and support of UM Plant.
- Address to customer feedback or complaint to prevent recurrence.
- Manage QC lab tech scheduling and plan work force utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure that products are effectively inspected/tested, and that product/process quality data conformed with specifications.
- Monitor and analyze process / product outputs, identify systemic problem / opportunity areas to drive process improvement project towards zero-defect quality performance.
- Ensure corrective action plans are initiated and monitored on the found quality issues.
- Supervise QC laboratory operations.
- Perform as SAP Superuser for Quality function.
- Manage QA System sustainability.
- Lead to attain food safety management system certification, ie. ISO22K.
- Plan and organize regular audits to the production and quality operations for compliance as well as to co-ordinate and document corrective action programs.
