- 5 Day Work Week (avg 44 hours, with OT opportunities)
- Location: Tanjong Pagar / Paya Lebar (multiple locations)
- Good knowledge of cooking Korean food (especially bbq meats)
- Experience in Meat marination and making of Korean banchan preferred
- Able to work independently
- Ensures excellent food quality, develop and improve menu
- Oversees all kitchen operations and organize kitchen staff
- Clean and good hygiene practice
- Take stock and replenish items
- Ensure hygiene of kitchen equipment and premises
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
