Job Summary

Co-own and deliver an exceptional end-to-end client journey for CCPL clients. Align client journey objectives, establish key performance metrics, and drive efficiency improvements so that we achieve the optimal cost to serve. To work with group unsecured business team to enable new product delivery and work with product and schemes on new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

· Use of data analysis and leverage on best-in-class market capabilities (e.g. predictive modelling, AI, digitisation, and other emerging technologies to deliver a best-in-class transacting and servicing experience

· Drive ideation around innovations and enhancements to digitisation and emerging technologies that give real time decisive client outcomes

Business

· Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of SnT operations and drive standardisation agenda for the business, maintaining rigorous cost and investment discipline across the business.

· Support COO, Client Servicing & Transacting in cost management and delivery of efficiencies across CPBB SnT Operations.

· Work across geographies, functions and teams to drive efficiencies across CPB SnT Operations by partnering with counterparts in Group, Regions and Countries in Business, Technology and Operations.

· Establish key performance metrics for CPBB SnT Operations with respect to lending products – in terms of cost and STP rates

· The role requires strong project management and stakeholder management across Group, Country, Technology, frontline team to ensure alignment across organisation on target state architecture and to deliver the end-state vision. This includes prioritising initiatives and decisions related to the scope across different markets, product requirements while maintaining strict oversight over investment funding within the journey.

· Work with Country SnT heads in creating efficiency ideas to get Investments funding

Processes

· Responsible and accountable for designing the end-state vision of the servicing and transacting client journey for CCPL clients Embed digitisation principles in redesigning processes for straight-through-processing whenever possible

People & Talent

· Champion and act as a role model of the Group’s values and culture in the group.

· Ensure continuous learning & development to suitably skilled and qualified to manage future technology changes.

· Lead by example and influence.

Risk Management

· Design and deliver group standards/ process instructions related for all lending products

· Design in collaboration with business and second line of defence early warning frameworks so that the standards and processes are designed in such a manner that they stand the test of eco system changes.

Governance

· Actively engage and contribute to enhancing the culture of self-identification of risks and use the governance framework to identify and remediate gaps.

· Work closely with FRM team , Onboarding team and Collections to ensure that in the servicing and transacting lifecycle events are reviewed from an end to end point of view from the lens of delivery of delivery of right client outcomes.

· Regional and Country COOs

· Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in Singapore/ COO/ Servicing and Transacting teams]; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats).

Our Ideal Candidate

· 15+ years’ experience in Retail Banking

· Use of data analysis and leverage on best-in-class market capabilities

· Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of SnT operations and drive standardisation agenda for the business, maintaining rigorous cost and investment discipline across the business

· Strong project management

· Strong stakeholder management

· Responsible and accountable for designing the end-state vision of the servicing and transacting client journey for Lending clients

· Lead by example and influence

· Risk Management practices in Lending products & processes
