Tasks and Responsibilities
- Coordinate BEPs implementation for PaxOcean entities, such as reviewing and cleaning up Balance Sheet of PaxOcean Group Entities, top up tax computation by jurisdiction etc.
- Cash flow management, including cash flow forecast and review of foreign exchange hedging requirements.
- Track and review Capex spendings, working capital requirements and monitoring of bank accounts and loans for all PaxOcean entities.
- Review delta costs for Singapore and Batam entities and undertake ad-hoc/special cost studies (if any).
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects for PaxOcean Finance department excellence, including monitoring, maintaining, and improving project cost reporting and analysis across PaxOcean group
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or its equivalent.
- Proven FP&A experiences in fast pace environment
- Prior experience in Big Four will be an advantage.
- Team player, good communicator, meticulous and attention to detail.
- Self-starter, independent and require minimum supervision
