Job Title: IT Helpdesk
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: Central (Near Boon Keng Station)
Pay: $3000 - $3700
Duration: 1- year Contract
Working Hours: Normal Office Hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, timely, and effective service desk-related support.
- Need to know how to handle the ticketing system.
- Willing to do documentation stuffs.
- Periodically performing reviews and updates on service desk baselines, procedures, and processes and recommending their improvement when necessary
- Maintaining accurate Software/Hardware Inventory and ensuring timely service reporting
- Maintaining a good level of awareness of Service Desk’s security and compliance-related implementation within the corporate network
- Assist Team Lead to ensure access and availability of IT support services to the satisfaction of end user
- Ensuring proper interpretation, communication, and understanding of end user. Gather and disseminate service and performance feedback
- Undertake general IT administration duties, example reset of user’s VPN token
- Ad hoc after office hour support urgent IT Admin duty (example: reset of urgent user’s VPN token, scheduled/ad hoc broadcast)
- Ad hoc after office hour support for business-critical issues
- Assist with IT procurement (example: the sourcing, purchasing, and managing of IT goods and services required by the company)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience IT Support background is preferable.
