Job Description : Compliance Response Officer
We are looking for self-motivated, disciplined, and systematic individuals to join our growing team.
Your duties as Compliance Response Officerare as follows:
1. Conduct patrol and compliance checks at all sites of the Company to ensure the operations are running optimally, including but limited to
· Issue warning letter to security officer when required.
· Response to any emergency matters, incidents, and police-related cases when required.
· Identify any potential security and safety lapses to reduce the chances of incidents and maintain the quality of the services.
· Check all security-related equipment during site visits and issue defect reports (if any).
· Check and ensure all security officers wear proper attire according to PLRD requirements and company policies.
· Submit digital supervisory checklist for each site visit.
· Gathering customer feedback and implementing interventions to enhance quality of services.
· Prepare weekly feedback reports to management.
2. Assist in conducting OJT training/Refresher training for Security Officers
3. Prepare and set up security operation reports, clocking points/checklists/reports, CCTV virtual reports, and VMS before the new project starts.
4. Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
5. Assist in security audits when require.
6. Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth security operations.
7. Maintaining customer relationship.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess O level or Diploma
-Must possess a Security License with PWM grade of SS or SSS
-Well-spoken & good command of English
-Good in Microsoft office such as word, excel and power point
-Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols
-Able to work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depend on roster)
-Candidates with Command Centre experiences will be an advantage but not required
-Day and Nightshift Available
-Preferably with own motorbike
