Job Responsibilities:
- Possess experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions pertaining to construction industry
- Apply, renew, issue and cancellation of Work Pass (WPOL)
- Responsible for payroll
- IPA Application
- Worker Arrival Documents Preparation (Security Bond, Onboard Centre Slot Booking, - SG Health Declaration Form, Sim Card and etc.)
- Enrol training courses for workers, supervisors and other site personnel
- Liaise with the Training Centre, source for fees comparisons, etc
- Register new worker for Primary Care Plan (PCP)
- Manage and attend to all issues regarding dormitories (sourcing, booking and compliance issues, etc.)
- Schedule MOM Card Registration Appointment
- Bank account application for worker
- Scan and distribute work permit card out to respective site
- Attend to employee’s issues and enquiries regarding HR Matters
- Manage employee grievances - Book BCA Appointment for certificate verification - Apply special pass when necessary - Liaise with recruitment agency for bringing in new worker
- Keeping personnel records and ensure information are accurate and updated i.e. safety and training records
- Maintain leave records
- Group hospitalization and workmen compensation claims
- MOM and BCA Surveys and related matters
- Update OFWAS when necessary
- Provide general administrative support, eg. medical claim update, petty cash, etc
- Any other duties as assigned
