Work Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: Mon-Thu 8.30am-6pm ; Fri 8.30am -5.30pm
Contract Term: 11 months
Salary: up to $7665
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment work which includes:
- Sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, advertisements, job portals, LinkedIn etc
- Prepare and post recruitment advertisements.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate discussion
- Propose and make recommendations on salary packages
- Manage staff requisition process to ensure appropriate information is presented to management for approval
- Communicate offers, benefits, and terms to selected candidates.
- Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and provide advice to various stakeholders on recruitment matters
- Manage pre-boarding to ensure good new hire experience
- Conduct recruitment data analytics for updating of recruitment status and providing recruitment insights to line managers and HRBP
Requirement:
- Singaporean
- Possess minimum 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment experience in recruitment for tech industry will be advantageous.
