Job Description:
We are looking for an Inventory Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines. Attention to detail and follow up skill is a MUST.
You will be working closely with multiple internal team members with the objective of ensuring the purchasing and ticket stocks are at the optimal level and to ensure the smooth flow of the purchasing functions. You will also be responsible for some essential finance functions relating to inventory, payments and operations.
Key Job Functions:
- Perform the daily inventory forecast and ensure inventory are maintained at optimal level
- Work closely with the Supply and Inventory Team to fulfill purchasing function requirements and ensure inventory are maintained at optimal level
- Working with the CS team to ensure refunds to partners are processed and tickets relating to refunds are properly accounted
- Ensure tickets are received and uploaded and tickets status are updated accurately
- Assist Finance Team to verify suppliers’ invoices and upload to the accounting software
- Month end reconciliation and tracking to ensure inventory balances are accurate
Experience Level:
- Minimum 3 years experience in inventory management or related field
- IT savvy with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and excel within your area
- Able to multi task and work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Fast learner, meticulous, accurate and have an eye for details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
