Duties and responsibilities:
- Processing of workers' payroll
- Managing all payroll-related activities, including updating the time management system, leave administration and statutory reporting.
- Monitor compensation and benefits processes such as salary revisions and bonus payments
- Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment passes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including organizing employee training sessions and updating the training matrix.
- Communicate with dormitory operators and the company’s dormitory in charge to address worker needs, including arrivals and departures.
- Manage government-related tasks, including IR21, tax clearance, government, and training grants.
- Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Experience working in Civil Engineering & Construction sector
- Experience in processing the full cycle of payroll and reporting payroll tax.
- Well-versed in Employment Act and Income Tax regulations.
- Familiar with using HR system, MS Excel and Word.
- Good command of English.
