Responsibilities:
- To assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
- Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
- Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
- Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
- Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC preferred
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in building construction (Architecture), Singapore
- Knowledge of Authorities' requirements and overall project process
- Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am-6pm/9.30am-7pm
- Office location: Bugis, Singapore
