- Functioning as the IT Support Associate Engineer, this role adopts and provides the best “customer service provider” experience to the office’s supported staff in all areas of IT services & provision.
- To support and attend to tickets promptly and efficiently across all departments by providing solutions to technical issues related to 1st level support (hardware, software, network, servers, etc.).
- To assist in some aspects of the office’s network, servers, and core infrastructure, including but not limited to installation, con
- figuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, monitoring security procedures, capacity planning and maintenance of all computer hardware and software systems.
- Ensure staffs’ workstations are equipped with necessary tools such as proper software, updated patches, and licenses to carry out their work efficiently on daily basis.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance checks on equipment to avoid any undetected faults and unauthorized installations by any staff.
- Maintain proper documentation of licenses, hardware and software inventories and ensure that records are up to date and properly presented. Monthly IT reports are required.
- To always maintain cleanliness and tidiness of working areas and making it pleasant for everyone not limited to the IT workspaces, personal desk area, server room and storage areas.
- Work on any other IT or tech related matters or projects as required by different stakeholders internal or external.
- Maintain common reports and gather new requirements from stakeholders to optimize their workflows.
- Gather inputs from stakeholders for review to aid them in optimizing their processes and improve existing workflows.

Requirement
- 1-2 years in a related field of work with relevant technical qualifications.
- Knowledge of date analysis process, Structure Query Language.
- Bi-lingual, with fluent Chinese communication skills.
- Have an awareness of information security and have some practical experience in the overall prevention and response measures of network and system security.
- Familiar with the installation, operation, configuration and troubleshooting of commonly used operating system (Windows, IOS, Android), with the relevant knowledge and implementation capabilities of Microsoft's commercial desktop applications.
