Job Description:
- Accountable for PMIC, Mixed Signal, and RF IP Test Characterization, Test Code Development, and Test Platform Enablement.
- Proficient in Testing Buck/LDO Regulator Parameters such as line/load regulation, efficiency, accuracy, RDSON, Load/Line Transient, PSRR, and other parametric measurements.
- Experienced with Bench Equipment such as source meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, power supplies, and function generators for characterization, debugging, and detailed circuit analysis.
- Expertise in Lab Characterization of Mixed Signal or RF IP and Baseband Modem Functional Blocks like ADCs, DACs, and PLLs.
- Proficient in Automated Measurement Code Development using lab equipment.
- Collaborate Closely with Test Engineering and Production Support Teams to drive debugging activities and correlate data with ATE.
- Provide Comprehensive Status Reports at each phase, generate test limits (guard bands), and summarize findings.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in characterizing mixed signal IP and RF.
- Solid understanding of RF and Mixed Signal test concepts and measurements.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, digitizers, high-speed serial data analyzers, etc.
- Experience in areas such as Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, and FPGA development.
- Proficiency in statistics and data mining.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with statistical analysis software such as JMP, CEDA, or DataPower, with OptimalPlus tool knowledge being a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, Python, VBA) and automation in reporting is an advantage.
