Job Description:
- Development of Test Programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products on Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Collaboration with Design Engineers to debug first silicon, characterize devices, bring up test programs, and release them for production.
- Debugging Digital Vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG/Functional/Mbist) and characterizing devices across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) variations.
- Expertise in Mixed Signal IP Characterization including ADCs, DACs, PLLs, etc.
- Involvement in Test Program Transfer, production release, yield enhancement, and reduction of test time.
- High Collaboration with Various Teams such as Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering.
Job Requirement:
- Graduates or Diploma/Degree holders in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with ATE, specifically on Advantest V93k or Uflex/Iflex Teradyne platforms, and proficiency in developing ATE SOC programs from NPI stage to high-volume production.
- Proficient in using statistical analysis software and techniques, with knowledge of quality and reliability testing.
- Strong programming and debugging skills in languages such as Java, C/C++, Visual Basic, Perl, Python, etc.
- Solid understanding of analog and digital electronics.
