Responsibilities :
- Planning / Scheduling and coordination of M&E works
- Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.
- Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
- Oversee and ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
- Conduct joint inspections with RTO.
- Ensure M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation.
- Coordinate and work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to resolve all M&E drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues
- Manage M&E sub-contractor's work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
- Coordinate M&E works with Client’s representative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
- Attend project meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges
Requirements :
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
