Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Finance Team to ensure smooth flow and timeliness of financial operations.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure that it is in compliance with respective local and group accounting standards.
- Responsible for financial and management reporting.
- Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate submission of tax returns with external consultant.
- Work with Country CEO/COO and across departments to engage HODs and teams to prepare and review financial budgets, forecasts and decisions where required.
- Lead in the smooth incorporation of new process flows for incorporation of new services
- Work with the Credit Control Manager to manage the Credit Control function and the robustness and integrity of its processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA.
- Min 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Good understanding of SFRS(I) requirements and familiarity with financial and management reporting.
- Strong business insight with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Working Location: Yishun
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm
