Job description:
- Knowledge in operation processes and achieving conformity of products and services
- Manage operations and logistics of SEA such as procurement, production and services, progress of on-going projects, coordination of products delivery to customers, management of partnering companies and review of contracts
- Overseeing and coordinating daily business operations to ensure smooth functioning and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor corporate workflow procedures and processes
- Knowledge of factory, manufacturing licenses, certificates of origins and free-trade agreements
- Knowledge in ISO standards with competency framework
- Ensuring compliance with local and state laws related to factory operations and international trade.
- Provide solutions and recommendations to management
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety and concrete variables in situations where only limited standardized exists
- Work with logistics and warehouse department to maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items in the inventory, using manual and computer-based systems (Epicor).
- Work with production department for production planning in aspect of manufacturing, determining necessary raw materials, labour, and production schedule.
- ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on target while maintaining quality standards
- respond effectively to any operational problems that may arise
- Maintaining a clean and organized facility and following all safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- Recognized Diploma / University degree in relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ project management experience in logistics, trading, manufacturing, entertainment industry or related fields
- Expert operations, technical, people and process skills as well as external and internal relationship skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations
- Good command of both written and spoken English
