JOB DESCRIPTION
· Analyse workforce trends, including hiring, turnover, employee engagement, and retention
· Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders
· Provide research-based recommendations to support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
· Assist in workforce planning by analysing current and future labor market trends and organisational needs
· Collaborate with HR business partners, managers, and other stakeholders to understand their research needs and provide relevant insights
· Design and administer employee surveys and assessments to gather data on employee engagement, satisfaction, and other HR-related topics
· Assisting with the screening and interviewing process as needed
· Apply statistical techniques and methodologies to analyse data and interpret results
· Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to HR teams on research methodologies and data analysis techniques
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Apply statistical techniques and methodologies to analyse data and interpret results
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and identify trends
