Salary: $2500 - $3100 per month
Contract Duration: 11 months
Working Location: Nearest to Ubi MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Plan and coordinate with Divisions and respective Department on the items to follow up and discuss during the forum.
- Coordinate all preparation and implementation of activities according to work plan, ensure successful and smooth running of the event
- Take note and follow up on feedback raised during the Tactical Forum
- Compile, analyze and follow up on survey findings quarterly and report these findings to Senior Management
- Customize briefing slides and materials for the event and reporting purposes.
- Handle enquiries and correspondence pertaining to ongoing project matters.
- Ensure enquiries, appeals and correspondence received are resolved within stipulated timeframe.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Good to prior experience in Hr/ Administrative field.
