HR Administrator

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Manage and execute regional payroll administration
  • Handle claims processing and ensure timeliness, accuracy and compliance to company policies
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain HR databases, leave records and employee files
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures
  • Assist in quarterly commission calculations
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support
  • Any other duties or projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or other relevant qualifications
  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience as an HR or Admin Assistant or similar role
  • Well organized, systematic and able to handle multiple tasks at one point of time
  • Proven organization skills with attention to details and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands
  • Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel (Vlook-up & Pivot)
