Description:
As the Programmatic Specialist you will be required to support the Programmatic & Social Manager and Operations Lead to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all operational functions. This role sits within the Singapore Center of Excellence, servicing Singapore and Southeast Asia APEX Guaranteed activities.
This will include campaign planning, campaign setup and activation mindful of KPI goals, reporting and insights. The successful candidate will work with cross function teams including the local APEX Account Management team to ensure accurate consolidation of media plans and IOs are shared to the Agency teams. You will also work with the Analytics Manager on all reporting needs, as well as Finance teams for campaign reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of programmatic buys: understand business objectives and provide strategic recommendations as well as campaign set up, QA, analysis, and optimization.
- Respond to media RFPs and create new media proposals for assigned brands - effectively communicating digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign.
- Responsible for the success of campaigns through management and optimization of media buying to meet media metrics /business goals.
- Proactively monitor and track performance across all campaigns and regularly review campaign performance with his/her unit.
- Provide regular insights to Agency account teams detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities and manage monthly bill/pay and spend reporting coordination.
