- Position Title: Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: East – Kaki Bukit (Walking distance)
- Working Hours: 5 days / Mon - Fri: 8.30 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3200 + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Involve in the preparation of proposals, ensuring coordination and timely follow-ups on offers.
- Oversee and coordinate the timely and efficient fulfillment of orders, including the arrangement of delivery schedules.
- Accurately record all transactions and data entries in the system, and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
- Address customer queries and deliver comprehensive after-sales support.
- Aid in the collection of accounts receivables.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports as required.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and departmental KPIs.

- Min. 3 years of working experience in related industry
- Training is provided to an inexperienced candidate
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Know Micro Business Central is a plus
