- Position Title: Credit Control Officer
- Working Location: Sin Ming AutoCity
- Working Hours: 5.25 days, Mon – Fri (8.45 am – 5.45 pm), Alt Sat (8.45 am – 12.45 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily payments received and detect unsuccessful transactions.
- Contact and follow up with hirers who are in default.
- Issue 4th/5th notices to clients.
- Organize the repossession of vehicles.
- Set up tender auctions for vehicles.
- Coordinate with lawyers for legal actions and collaborate with the company's solicitors in pursuing litigation against defaulters.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding repossessed vehicles and redemption situations.
- Oversee the disposal process of repossessed vehicles.
- Handle the recovery of any remaining debt after vehicle disposal via tender sales.

- 1-2 years of credit control experience will be advantageous.
- Able to communicate well at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (to handle queries from Chinese-speaking clients).
