Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of our trading operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the trading team to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, inventory status, and team productivity to senior management.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and address any issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all trading activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a trading or related industry.
- Strong understanding of trading operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
