Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Cybersecurity/IT
- Position Title: Sales Operations Assistant / Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefit
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Create new invoices, delivery orders, and certificates.
- Place purchase orders with vendors.
- Generate software license keys.
- Prepare sales quotations, primarily for renewals.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Register new customers and create MA codes in the system.
- Maintain and update order and MA tracking files weekly.
- Handle various ad hoc requests such as accessing historical records or responding to inquiries.

- Diploma/Degree in related discipline.
- Strong numerical and data presentation skills.
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations/administration or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
