- Arrange transportation and logistics services, such as trucking, shipping, and air/sea freight, to meet the specific needs of each shipment
- Sourcing for competitive rates for trucking, freight rates and generating quotation to client
- Be able to generate customs permit
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including shipping agent, ship owners, ship master, ship suppliers, supply boats and truckers for smooth delivery
- Be responsible for arrangement of internal trucks schedule, maintenance of trucks, and tabulation of Driver's trip allowance
- Be responsible for billing to clients
