Overview:
The Executive is responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains HR systems and database for compensation and benefits matters
- Administers employees’ compensation, benefits and incentives
- Develop and implement employee compensation and benefits plans
- Analyse utilisation rates of employee benefits and programmes
- Prepare and submission reports
- Explore and execute government grants and claims
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with payroll processing expertise
- Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
