HR Executive

Overview:

The Executive is responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains HR systems and database for compensation and benefits matters
  • Administers employees’ compensation, benefits and incentives
  • Develop and implement employee compensation and benefits plans
  • Analyse utilisation rates of employee benefits and programmes
  • Prepare and submission reports
  • Explore and execute government grants and claims


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with payroll processing expertise
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
