A reputable furniture retail store is searching for a suitable candidate in its expansion.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Able to work on Weekend/PH
• Able to follow company's schedule to carry out warehouse and delivery duties and supervision (multiple locations)
• Able to work outdoor and under sun •
Supervise, manage and control operations daily activities.
• Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents
• Monitor and ensure smooth running of daily manpower operations, arrange for replacement of staff as and when necessary
• Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment as and when necessary
• Planning and ensuring orientation for all new staff
• Assist in sales & customer service of showroom
• Communication and answering of customer queries on mulitple e-commerce platforms.
• Plan and rooster delivery schedules •
• Requirements: • Prior experience in warehouse operations and sales experience in furniture trade is highly preferred. Monitor and stock taking inventory levels. Set monthly and quarterly sales revenue forecasting and annual sales target.
Gathering and analyzing data for monthly business reporting on sales performance, evaluate gaps, and provide strategic solutions to stakeholders.
Develop pricing methodologies and manage the pricing of products. Support the sales & marketing team, facilitate the execution of sales process, operations, and strategy plan.

Monthly Salary $3000 - $3500 depending on experience
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or equivalent education
At least 2 years working experience
