We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to strengthen our company’s HR framework and to be an important piece in our expansion plan. The candidate will handle all the HR administration scopes of work in the company. Our company strength is around 50 employees.
The candidate will also be tasked to assist in general administration for the company.

Human Resources Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Advise Director on HR policy
- Design framework for HR policy
- Set up SOP for the department
- Salary computation and CPF submission
- Foreign worker permit application
- Recruitment and training of staff
- General administration and filing work
- Generate monthly reports
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same capacity
- Able to converse in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Knowledge of HRM program (Timesoft) will be good
- Good understanding of MOM policy
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
