- Plan, supervise, and implement our innovative Literacy program in a fun and engaging way.
- Design and use creative teaching aids to captivate and educate young minds.
- Employ positive guidance strategies to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and their parents.
- Track and celebrate each child’s progress, addressing their unique educational and developmental needs.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Educational Studies (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc).
- At least 1 year of teaching experience with children aged 3 to 7 years.
- A dynamic and inspiring personality with a knack for making lessons lively and interactive.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge in educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology.
Working Hours:
- 44 Hours Work Week: Monday to Friday, between 7am to 7pm.
- Monthly Saturday: Half-day on one Saturday per month, as advised by management.
Additional Information:
- Employment Bond: 1-year employment bond required.
- Certification: ECDA L1 or L2 certification is not required for this position.
- Qualifications: Minimum of B4 or better in English for GCE O-Level.
