We provide interior decoration consultation to help real estate agents and homeowners increase the value of their property.
Our goal is to create stunning spaces with design that will make a lasting impression on potential buyers and help sell properties quickly. Also, to create stunning interior designs for our clients.

Job Scope
Role Description:
It entails working on 2 main services we provide:
1) Home Staging & Styling
2) Interior Design.
For Home Staging, you’ll be involved in various phases: Enquiry, Planning, Staging and De-Staging.
You will be expected to:
• Work on design proposals, conduct site visits and be involved in the design consultation with clients together with the Sales team
• Procurement of furniture and decor items for our staging/styling projects
• Stage & de-stage the unit, and assist in marketing efforts such as capturing content (photos, reels, short clips, etc)
• Ongoing efforts to improve the processes, space planning in our warehouse and update our Furniture Catalogue
For Interior Design, you will be expected to:
• Manage sales enquiry by understanding home owners’ requirements and work on design proposals and/or moodboards
• Draft spatial plan layouts
• Prepare quotations
• Work effectively and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
• Accompany clients to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when required
• Site supervision and project coordination
• Schedule work flow to align with clients’ move in date
• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project runs smoothly
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline, or relevant ITE Certificates
• Experience in Condo and Landed properties construction is preferred
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Space planning, Designing, 3D Sketchup, Canva
• Keen eye for design and interior objects
• Proactiveness & Detail-Oriented
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom is a plus
