Job Description
- Manage and Plan the maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for smooth operations of the buildings and maintenance
- Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/ tender
- Ensures timely and prompt responses to all feedback and complaints following management rules and regulations
- Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure service delivery meets quality standards and contractual obligations
- Ensure campus is clean and free from pest
- Oversee facility improvement and renovation projects from conception to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors
- Attend meetings and to carry out inspections on site to check that the works carried out by the contractors meet the desired quality/workmanship, completed on time and within budget
- Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required by Management in the course of work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with Fire Safety, Energy Management, Workplace Safety & Health, or Green Mark certification will have an added advantage
- Possess initiative and ensure work gets done in proper manner
