Scope:
- Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff.
- Create work schedules and manage staff shifts.
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of beverages, glassware, and other supplies.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and handle customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers.
- Create and implement promotions to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Monitor and manage the bar's budget and financial performance.
- Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily sales, and prepare financial reports.

Requirements:
