- Effectively manage daily operation of the shop.
- Provide an exceptional service experience to the customer.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and providing change.
- Be familiar of all menu items and able to upsell and cross-sell.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are adequately displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.
