We are expanding & we are looking for passionate, customer service-oriented Beauty Sales Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will create rejuvenating experiences for clients by providing professional medical grade beauty treatments.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You should also be able to deliver top-notch customer service while maintaining high hygiene standards.
Job Description:
- Perform beauty and aesthetic treatments
- Handle inquiries from customers and provide consultant; advice on beauty treatments
- Build and establish good relationship with customers
- Demonstrates highest standard and quality service to customer including before/after sales service
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should preferably possess some working experience in beauty and wellness related experience
- Must have experience with beauty therapies and possess strong knowledge of skin and body treatments
- Experience in performing body treatments such as Cryolipolysis, Radio Frequency etc
- Communicate effectively to our diverse customer base
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- In-house training will be provided
