Key responsibilities
- Ensuring effective and efficient delivery of HR services including but not limited to staff benefits administration
- Provide advice, guidance, coaching and counseling to business managers to effectively meet business goals
- Coordinate and execute elements of HR’s activities including but not limited to annual remuneration review, performance management cycle and employee wellness
- Manage the employee lifecycle that includes preboarding, onboarding and offboarding
- Managing WICA and group insurances
- Prepare and coordinate worker’s work pass application/renewal/cancellation
- Payroll administration and ensure timely submission of CPF and Income Tax
- Government survey submissions
- Ensure quality data management of HR records, and information in personnel files and HRIS, following company policies, labour regulations, and audit guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Generalist with 3-5 years’ experience in HR operations
- Hands-on experience in HRMS – Frontier an advantage
- Any other duties as assigned.
Salary range is indicative and will commensurate with qualification and experience
