Responsibilities
· Installation, administration, and maintenance, upgrade, configure, maintain, and control Control-M components and infrastructure.
· Create and maintain scheduling definitions, and work with application teams and project managers to design complex batch automation.
· Analyze and test procedures, information systems, and utility programs, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
· Integrate Control-M with SAP, ERP, and databases.
· Provide technical support to controlled systems, and analyze user requirements and problems.
· Provide control run support of batch operation during migration/plan activities.
· Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff members.
Skills/Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- On top of that, OJS/PCT Administrator must operate on Control-M (industry standard enterprise level job scheduling tool), and SolarWinds (infrastructure performance monitoring).
- Executing routine and ad-hoc operational tasks for Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Applications Services.
- Perform Level 2 Support for various system, Control-M, SolarWinds
- Perform supervisory roles over the Control-M, SolarWinds, Monitoring and Production Control Team.
