Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the Active Ageing Centre (AAC)'s direction for cross-centre partnerships, delivery of services and community and stakeholder engagement
- Plan and develop strategic policies, procedures, standards and long-term plans to improve the quality of learning environments
- Run improvements on systems, processes, operations and risk management initiatives
- Drive the implementation of the recruitment strategies for Community for Successful Ageing (ComSA) Club and the seniors
- Lead and establish processes to improve curriculum, programmes and intiatives of the centre
- Propose and implement annual work and budget plans and prepare statistics reports
- Responsible for manpower plans, manage performance, training, development and mentorship programmes for staff
- Oversee student enrolment for the centre
Key Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant field with working experience in running active ageing/senior centres
- Experience in social work will be a plus
- Penchant for engaging with seniors in the community
- Team player and able to collaborate with internal and external partners
- Self-driven with capability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to converse in Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
Salary range is indicative and will commensurate with qualification and experience
