My Client is a leading stable firm in Singapore.
Position Summary
- Will participate in projects involving S4HANA version upgrades.
- Primary activities include supporting interface testing in the S4HANA system and collaborating on solutions with the Technical Lead.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage projects to support initiatives.
- Ensure requirements are managed effectively to provide cost-effective solutions that meet user needs.
- Review vendor-proposed solutions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Propose alternative solutions where appropriate.
- Support procurement activities for project execution.
- Facilitate multi-level approvals to progress projects to the approved state.
- Prepare and deliver presentations during forums for project approval.
- Oversee and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure vendor delivery meets quality standards.
- Guide junior project managers on processes and ensure vendors deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Take full responsibility for timely deployment of programs and changes to production by ensuring all necessary paperwork and approvals are obtained.
- Ensure timely project reporting in SAP and project templates.
Requirements / Qualifications
- S4 HANA in FICO module
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of one or more main processes, especially SAP Finance.
- Resourceful with the ability to work effectively under project timelines and demands.
- SAP FICO certified, with experience in ECC or S4 Hana.
