We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore and currently, we have offices in Kovan, Clementi & Toa Payoh. We are branching into the deployment of Nursing/Caregiver MDWs. We are looking for Customer Care Executives and a Philippine Migrant Worker Welfare officer to join us.
Job Description:
- Attend to customers & sales enquiries
- Deliver prompt, efficient and quality service to customers
- Follow up with customers on their enquiries and feedback
- Interview and recommend suitable candidates to employers
- Work towards achieving the sales target
- Able to handle and provide solutions for issues between Caregiver and employer
- Co-ordinating the documentation, work permit, and arrival of new migrant domestic worker/caregiver/Nurse
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Special Requirement for Philippine Migrant Worker Welfare Officer (Tagalog Speaking):
- Handle the recruitment and welfare of Filipino Migrant Domestic Workers
- Be the authorised personnel to submit and handle all documentations on behalf of the company to the Philippine Embassy in Singapore.
Requirements:

- Posses Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) or willing to get certified
- Min 1 year of related working experience
- Able to work independently
- Sales & Customer oriented
- IT & Social Media Savvy
- Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Direct experience in our industry will be an added advantage
- Applicants with Nursing/caregiving backgrounds and experiences will be an added advantage for Caregiver placement positions
- Nurses planning for a career change are welcome
- Fluent in Tagalog for Philippine Migrant Worker Welfare Officer
