Responsibilities:

- Enriches children’s learning by co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula and programmes.
- Effectively integrate innovative teaching and learning practices.
- Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and community.
- Co-design collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Guides junior educators in enhancing their professional practices.
- Provides suggestions and ideas to improve professional development in the Centre.
- Contribute to Centre’s culture of collaboration and collegiality.
- Perform any other duties as required
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- Candidates with ECDA Teacher Certification L2 Category (LON) will have an added advantage.
