Senior Executive, Marketing (1-year contract)

NTUC LearningHub is looking for a results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for strategising effective marketing campaigns to achieve our business goals. This includes digital led campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), traditional media buy (E.g. Radio, OOH, ATL). The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with proven track record in corporate and consumer marketing, online and offline media and budget planning. You should perform well under tight deadlines and be detail oriented.

  1. Marketing
  • Strategise, develop and implement marketing campaigns end-to-end with curated content and creatives to drive acquisition and revenue for the Product Divisions and Sales Channels (corporate sales and consumer sales).
  • Optimise performance across both offline and online media channels to generate web traffic, conversions and achieve revenue and ROI targets.
  • Manage agencies to ensure campaign delivery, and foster relationships to explore new media platform for marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with cross-channel teams on projects:

a. Marketing – Work closely with Marketing stakeholders to develop a media solution that drives business outcome for Acquisition and Retention, including deep diving into channel performance.

b. Product Divisions – Work closely with the Product Division to strategise and plan integrated marketing campaigns with agreed KPIs.

c. Sales Channels – Deep dive into post-campaign analysis to help the Sales Channels manage gaps and improve on lead to sale conversion for both corporate sales and consumer sales channels.

2. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Manage campaign expenses to sit within budget and drive maximum revenue returns on the marketing investment.
  • Monitor, track, and translate real-time data, gathering feedback to drive ongoing improvements. Consolidate post-campaign insights to formulate action plans aimed at enhancing subsequent campaign performance, increasing leads, and improving sales conversion.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience across integrated campaigns management, product marketing, acquisition marketing and corporate marketing. Experience in performance marketing is a bonus.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision – the incumbent should bring along experience in project management and have a good track record of stakeholder management. Open to a multi-functional, hands-on role.
  • A proactive team player with a passion to drive results and efficiency, demonstrating accountability to drive all projects on hand. S/He should be meticulous with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the industry or discipline.
  • Analytical mind who is savvy with analysing campaign performance. S/He should have a proven ability to adeptly apply critical thinking skills to solve complex problems in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working with stakeholders in the labour movement or social enterprises setting would be useful
