Qualification and Requirements
Purpose of this signficant role is the proactive sale of products and services on the regional market, as well as profitable realization of the existing regional growth potential.
Strong technical sales background, self-driven and emphasizing job excellence. High integrity and positive with good presentation and interpersonal skill
- Min. 5 years experience in sales with engineering and automation industry, with some basic knowledge on food manufacturing and/or plastic material handling
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably with automation field
- High integrity and positive attitude
- Strong team player with initiative, good analytical & interpersonal skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Responsible, meticulous and self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and within deadline given
- Strong analytical ability. Able to create and understand basic pricing and financial analysis.
- Resourceful, demonstrate good skills and ability at finding and approaching new customers
- Good negotiation skills and experience in selling high value-added product, and the ability to deal with highly competitive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Sesotec sales activities through both direct sales and distribution channels
- Conducts presentations to customers, distributors and sales team
- Prepare technical proposal, quotation, follow-up on sales enquiries and confirmed order.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries on new project and existing after-sales support with assistance from Technical Team.
- Conducts presentations to customers, distributors and sales team
- Provide timely feedback on overall market situation, competition and new business opportunities.
- Prepare Monthly Sales forecasts, Sales activities report and regular update on market share and position
- Plan, organize and drive progress to meet sales target and business objectives
General Responsibilities
- Identify market development opportunities and prepare marketing plan.
- Plan and execute Marketing activities such as Advertising, Exhibition, and Sales Meeting & Training.
- Work with the team to organize the Showroom and make improvement on regular basis
- Identify and initiate continuous improvement program
- Constantly evaluate market and distributors performance, in line with Sesotec strategies and direction.
