Job Description:
- Assisting Ops Manager, includes but not limited to Operations, Logistic, Purchase Request, Quotation, and Administrative.
- Monitor SAP processes and resolve any issue in a timely manner with support from IT department.
- Prepare and consolidate presentation materials.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned (tree planting, site visits etc)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as an operation administrator or in a similar position
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge or prior experience in SAP system will be an advantage
