Planning:
- Monitor and evaluate business performance against organisational priorities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Strategy and Corporate Development:
- Support the development of strategic plans and identify growth opportunities through:
- Market research
- Competitive analysis
- Monitoring key industry developments
- Research for corporate initiated projects, such as portfolio optimisation and scanning
Sustainability:
- Assist with compliance-related activities for Sustainability, including:
- Educating the organization about Sustainability-related regulations.
- Performing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting.
General Support:
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Tracking of the Company’s Balanced Score Card and Management Score Card.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organised, proactive, and a team player.
