Job Descriptions:
Product Management:
- Arrange and display products upon arrival at the outlet and from the cold rooms to the shelves.
- Ensure products are consistently stocked and rotated using the First-In-First-Out method.
- Maintain product quality and monitor expiry dates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Supervisors and Team Leaders in supermarkets.
- Update on competitors' new products and marketing activities.
- Secure support from outlets for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Service outlets according to the assigned route.
- Provide customer-centric service.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Achieve the monthly sales target.
- Contribute ideas and innovations to the team.
- Stay alert to market conditions and competitors’ activities.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Manage relationships with relevant customers.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail food sales or a related field is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
