Our Client, a Well-established law firm is recruiting a Legal Secretary.
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to a team of lawyers
- Managing the outlook calendars
- Organising internal and external meetings, conference calls and video links, whenever required
- Assist in preparation of legal documents
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant secretarial experience in a law firm
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Team player and ability to work under tight timelines
- Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
