Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure financial health and viability of the organization.
Team Management: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies. Represent the organization externally.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the organization. Develop and implement risk management strategies.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of the organization's operations.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. Foster a culture of transparency and open communication.
