· Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting to the management.
· Prepare full set of accounts, inclusive AP/AR/GL entries and schedules.
· Check invoices, billing, expense claims, and the related supporting documents and ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed.
· Prepare GST and Income tax reports.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial records.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulatory agents on audit, tax and any other related matters.
· Assist in corporate secretarial matters.
· Assist in financial and operational matters.
· Assist management in identifying internal process improvements and implementation of internal controls.
· Assist management in new processes and system implementation when required
· Any other ad-hoc work matters.
